I called Coventry Health Care Part D Coverage with Aetna using the phone number from my Part D prescription package, which is 1.844.538.8705 and spoke with Sherry a rep there. She said that the 1.877.344.5028 number is their number and is a valid Coventry Health Care number. Yes, I received my new Part D package for 2018 because there are changes to the networks which are covered and which are not covered by Coventry Health Care. I called them at that time because the pharmacy which I was using would not be in a preferred network; however, there is another pharmacy which is just down the street from me which I can use. Also, I will be using their mail order pharmacy next year. So all the info which I received has helped me make a better choice.
