This is a robot call. The robot says they are calling for a "first name" person, never giving the surname for the person they are calling. The robot asks you to punch a number if you are the person called. The really bad part is the robot does not identify the caller making your first thought be that someone is out to scam me. Generally do not answer unidentified numbers, but this call has been on my answering machine twice when I was out.
