I just received a call from Priority Legal Services as you stated above. How can they be reported for claiming to be court officers?

Calls saying they have a summons. It is a recording telling you to call a phone # and give them your personal information. It is a phishing scam. I found the # in a law enforcement watch list. They are committing a felony by claiming to be court officers.
