This is not American Express it is some company or agency that is pretending to be them. Looks like they go through credit reports and pick out people that have or have had an American Express card that had a late payment and they try to pressure you into paying. They call multiple times a day often not even leaving a message. They usually leave a message to the effect that "This is not a solicitation but an important call from American Express" If you call the number back you may not get an answer or you are forwarded to a call center out of country. They also try to get you to give them bank account information over the phone to pay them. When I told them I wouldn't do that they gave me an address that is not associated with American Express payments at all.
Very unprofessional , NOT American Express as stated , Also cant even get speak with a U.S. Representive , Got India 6 out of 8 calls.
