I received a call from a guy saying he was Mike Davis, he said I had currently had a default on a loan back in 2008. That if I did not respond by Monday October, 27 by noon he would revoke my drivers license and have me charged with a felony. I work for the state and automatically a red flag was put up. He gave me a call back number when I called back it went to a voice mail stating leave a message for cfa. the more I researched this the more I realize it was a fraudulent call. someone trying to get money out of me. when I looked up the number it said it was a landline.

I received a phone call from a guy who said his name was mike Davis, stated that he was an investigator and I had till Monday October 27 by noon to contact him about a debt in 2008 which I had taken care of. He told me he was going to have my license suspended and I would be charged with a felony. I currently work for the state and had done some research on this and it was a fraudulent call trying to get money out of me. I contacted my attorney and left a message with him. I was so freaked out at the beginning then when I called the number back it went to a machine saying please leave a message for cfa. the more I investigated the more I realize it was bogus.
