Caller claiming to work for Wells Fargo but is actually located in the Philippines. If it's true WF thinking to outsource to the other end of the world (a) avoid employing & to support the USA, (b) to avoid Taxes, & (c) thinking that they will avoid FDCPA Violations. It's not in a different State, it's not even in the USA & there is nothing a consumer can do about it. We all know how Corrupt WF is, and don't care much about FDIC, FDCPA, by the time they get in trouble they pay the CFPB & the Banking DEPT. & continue the next 7 years to violate & do whatever they want.
