Vision Financial. Will not provide any information unless you are willing to give your SSN. This includes what they are trying to contact you in regards to (debt collecting/business they are collecting for). They call multiple times a day from a local number and never leave a VM. They will tell you that until you are ready to verify your personal information they will not speak to you and then hang up. Supervisor is equally if not more rude than the "customer service" agents. If you call back from your phone, they have caller ID and know your name and personal information but still require you to verify it.
Very rude. Wanted to verify my SSN in order to talk to me. I do not owe anyone anything so I hung up.
Calls and calls but never leaves a message. When you call the number back, an automated service tells you to stay on the line to speak with a customer service agent. A debt collector and not a very smart one because I have zero debts.
