If legit collection agency why cant they leave a message what this concerns if not people will ignore or block thinking this is a telemarketer- moved to new state and dont know these people

They called 5 times today under four different numbers. I looked them all up and they came back to MC. I also received a call with the number blocked -- bet it was them, too. Can't scare me, suckers. Why can't the FCC do something about this bunch of shysters?
