yes they call every day a voice with a fake french accent saying it is a call from a university not soliciting but doesn't say what it is about.

this number keeps calling my other cell phone number like 5 times a day, really early in the morning. in the beginning of the voice messages, it sounds like somebody is setting an automated recording to come on and speak with a fake accent. and when i call back, there's never a live person to talk to, just all automated....
