I received a call from them today. They told me they had a court sumons for bad checks that i wrote. I have no bad checks? Did they say what company they were working for.

This debt collection company is called S & S Group. They constantly call my cell and leave threatening voice messages seeking for some man I don't know and have never heard his name before. I am already afraid to pick up the phone. I told them to quit calling me and I am not the guy they are looking for, but they won't stop.
