Wrong person

They are still calling my boyfriend and my parents house. I have not received a call in 3 days.

Leaves an automated voice mail that they are trying to trace me, that the law allows them to contact my references if I don't respond back to them. My bf got the same message on his phone that they left on mine. The next day they called from a different number left the same message.

Calling me saying they are trying to locate me and trace me and my location. That the law gives them the right to contact all the references on their list...
