Similar experience with HRC text. I received call from this number as soon as I responded to HRC text. I didn't answer No message was left

I filled out a social activism petition (specifically at HRC to show my support for ending trans bans in the US military) and a few seconds later I got a call from this number. I didn't answer it but it left a message with options to reach the white house. I don't know what this number was used for in the past, but it's now apparently a number to the US white house.
