Caller ID comes up Navient. Robotic voice claiming to Mrs. Smith of Pioneer Credit Recovery wanting someone to call. Never uses my name or anything identifiying me. I owe no debts to anyone and believe this to be spam. Call at least 3 times a day everyday.
Pioneer Credit Recovery Co - a debt recovery company for erroneous 'debts' cultivated by the city of Phila whenever they need extra funds for their mismanagement of the city's education system.

877-411-6269 shows up on my caller ID several times a day. Blocked by nomorobo . com so I don't have to pick up. We don't owe anybody any money. Before we blocked them I took the time to call back and explain they had the wrong number but calls continue.
