Harassing calls day and night

I haved blocked this number and still receiving phone calls. Base on the accent from the person who answered I assumed they are out of the USA.
Refused to ID themselves when I called back; then ID'd themselves as a "Global Call Center" but would not give name of company they represented. Other reports here say they represent Credit Card companies .... I have no debts, no outstanding bills, no mortgage, no car payments, no tax liens, I don't owe anyone anything. Must be mistake but spooky how they hide behind "your call may be monitored" recording and refuse to identify themselves.
Advice: Don't answer and let them leave message. You are not obligated to answer every time phone rings. You might be busy.
It's a debt collector. They've called me multiple times in the past two days, then left a message. Indian sounding man.
