This maybe be caller ID spoofing. The caller was trying to get Jerry to comply with a mailing they sent to him. He states that the mailing was for Bank of America Home Refinancing. He states that when he calls the number back that is left in his voicemail, he is connected with a debt collection agency. CTR344
