Call center (Gettix Services) that falsely represents themselves as “Sutter Health- other business office”. They somehow obtained Sutter patient records, then attempt to leverage that to obtain monies and identity information.

I would urge anyone to call the hospital or provider directly, and request a written statement of debt, and not fall victim to any scams.
