They keep changing their number to different spoofed numbers. This is like the third number I recieved a call from that Call Control identified as a collection agency scammer.

Called two days in a row. I called them back. Pointed out that they had lied to me about the name of the caller (said his name was eric). She tried to intimidate me. She didn't. If they call back, I will ask them to hold, then lay the phone down and walk away. They are paid by the number of calls. Put them on hold when they call. They will stop.

Answered and asked for person, said yes and they kept repeating the name, but didn't continue. Definitely an overseas operator. I told him if he couldn't understand English I couldn't continue and hung up. Midland bought a written off account from Commenity Bank supposedly for a credit account with Forever 21 which I did not open. They call daily 2 or 3 times a day from this and other various numbers. I was expecting a client call, otherwise I would not have answered.

calls me morning noon and night any day of the week, I use my caller id and if its a number i dont recognize, i dont answer it. The person is a man with a maybe arabic voice he wont talk to anybody else and says its a personal issue that only he can talk to the said individual.

They continue to make harassing put hi one calls to my home constantly I have over 50 calls from the hi IA number that just continue to call my home none stop and I or them on the do not call list.

they are a collection agency hired by Capital one Credit services and like all Collection Agencies in New York are not allowed by law to leave a message on a machine

Called today. Started by saying that the call was being recorded & monitored. Then said it was personal business matter call for ____. I told him I don't know that person, and asked where he got my number. He reiterated that it's a personal business matter call for ___ & that it was being recorded. After a while he told me his name was Sam Marsh & was calling from India. Still don't know how or why he had my #.

have been receiving calls from this number. Today I answered, and they asked me if this was ______________. I said, No, no person here by that name, do not call again. He was from India, according to his accent. I said who are you? He said, this is a personal business call for _________________. I said, do not call here again. He said he would remove number from his file.

I have been getting calls from this number, I answer and am told there is a very important personal issue at hand. This is Midland Funding whom I have been working with the BBB and AG office to address this issue. They call multiple times per day, harass and threaten to ruin your credit if you don't pay. Pay for something that does NOT belong to me!! it's a scam!!
