They called me on my cell phone and said it was a business matter. I have called the bank and told them of situation last month and things are being taken care of. If they are real, then I think the bank ( I spoke to a couple weeks ago) said I would get a letter in the mail about it. I'm kind of worried ( a little), but I'll see what happens. I will label this as a scam.

Receive calls from this number 5 times a day. I do not answer because the number is unrecognizable. Never a message left. Most recently I accepted the call, but laid the phone on the counter for five minutes. A text message was left on my iphone that read: " kkis.o10.2yy.info? suddenly the whole world dipanky". Text came from phone number: 1 (410) 200-502.

There are several sites that have traced this number to a collection agency that has been hired by citibank, and is making calls on behalf of citibank cards, and the sears cards, which are issued by citibank. The calls are not coming from citibank themselves, just someone they have hired to do the collections calls.

CitiCard calling about a late Sears card bill. Only answered by accident the third time they called in one day. Really stupid of them to use a 877 number with a Toll Free caller ID. That just announces "do not pick up this call because it's junk."

Received multiple call from this number and is displayed as "unavailable" on my caller ID. I was able to track down this number and it is for "Citi/Sears MasterCard". Contacted Sears on their regular customer service number and was told that they are not making these calls.
It's a scam. Reported the incident to the FCC using the website www.fcc.gov.

Sears cards are issued by citibank. Sears customer service might not know how citibank operates. But if sears knows for sure that citibank is not making the calls, then the scammers are getting information from citibank's system, because there are several sites where people have logged complaints about phone calls from this number, and a lot of them are sears citibank card holders, and regular citibank card holders. However, some people are claiming to not have any citibank cards, so there is something very wrong going on here. At the very least, if it is citibank, they are very stupid to use this type of number and this particular collection service. I don't belive it is someone calling from the citibank offices. I think it may be a collection call company they may have hired.
