Reducing credit card interest rate. Is a automated voice advising to press 1 to talk to an agent about a lower credit card interest rate. About 2 months ago I did this and requested to be removed from their call list and they hung up on me. The person I talked to today would only tell me their name was Card Services and that they didn't call me. He indicated that it was my credit card company that is directing the calls to them only to help. When I told him to name my credit card company he could not and hung up on me.
