This is a collection agency named Capitol Recovery Service. They lied to me on the phone and said that they were a law firm named Charles, Robertson, Schwartz. If they contact you, demand a Debt Verification letter. They will lie and say that they are denying your request on the phone. Get the letter by mailing a request letter to CRS, 10340 Democracy Ln. Fairfax, VA 22030-2518. They are obligated to send you a letter proving that they legally acquired the debt from another company. They guy I talked to on the phone was very rude. He kept accusing me of being from a debt consolidation agency. He refused to give me his address and then hung up on me. 20 minutes of research on the internet gave me enough information to stand up to these guys. If they lie to you on the phone, report them to the FTC like I did.
