Scam. Do NOT give any information. Banks DON’T call to check if you received a card. Hang up or better yet, don’t answer then block.

BofA doesn't call to see if you got a new card. If you activated it, then they know you have it. Why would they need to call?

this is the BoA credit card line. I didnt answer but called from a land line. I gave them my cell phone number and they were able to pull up my account info. They didnt try to sell me anything other than pointing put the ability to go paperless. Jjust wanted to make sure I received my card and asked if I had any questions

This is fraud, they call me every day, called the banks and they claim this number is not theirs. All my accounts are in good standing, there was no need to call me. Asta la vista baby

I did recently get a card from BofA, so that makes sense that it would be them. I didn't pick up, because I'm not expecting a call from anyone. They didn't leave a voicemail, so that's odd.

Called me just now. They didn't ask for any personal information. BOA calling about my new card, they knew all my card details APR, promotional period, and the benefits. Was not a scam.

I received a call from this number, didn't answer, I called back and they did answer Bank of America Credit Card Division from what sounded like a Call Center...she did confirm it was really BOA Credit Card Division, not a scam, and I really did just receive a new BOA CC, so I believe it is ligit. However, I still did not give out any information to her.

Called me just now. They didn't ask for any personal information. Said it was BOFA calling about my new card, they knew all my card details (APR, promotional period, etc) and just re-capped the benefits for me... Was not a scam, wasn't phishing. Seems like a courtesy call to me.
