(877) 474-0321

I received a voicemail on my home telephone and was asked to return a call to (800) 287-3130 and was given a reference number. The phone call was for a name I didn't recognize, but I thought I would call them back to investigate further who was calling.

When I called, a guys answered: "Hello". Instantly I knew something was up simply by the way this guy answered his phone.

I played along for awhile, he said that this guy Vivick (who he thought was me) owed $4800 to Washington Mutual and that I could settle with him today for $3000. He then tried to get my credit card information, bank account numbers, etc. so that I could pay him "today"!

His call back number is (877) 474-0321 and his name is Brandon Tumber. I asked him to email me some information, which he did. The email came from a Michael Schleeper mschleeper@credit-control.com. Their website is credit-control.com.

When I ask where is was located on the phone, he got very defensive and aggressive with me. He first told me that they have many locations, as if that would passify me, but then I pressed on and he gave me the following PO BOX as he "address":

He said that he is associated with Arrow Financial.

Here is the best part. I called the local office of the FBI to report this guy who is obviously trying to gain access to my personal information, and the duty officer told me that there was "nothing that the FBI can do because no crime has been committed".

I have an idea of something you can do, how about trying to STOP crime for a change? Thank goodness for this website so that I can warn others as it is obvious the FBI won't help, how pathetic!

Nice try Brandon, we all see through your attempt to mislead and misguide people into trying to think that you're not behind these telephone calls.

lol pay your bills and you wont have these problems, stop trying to crack the system its probably a wrong# if you would tell agency's that they wouldnt call you.....get a job quit sitting @ your computer crying & pay your bills.
