Claims to be NTS Global Support.... This call is coming from a bonified scammer. Claimed to be with a company I had used in the past and told me I have a refund pending from the last time I paid for service. Sounded very legitimate. It Was Not! They wanted me to western union money to them before sending my refund (via direct bank transfer) to me. I played along to get all the info I could and filed a complaint with the FBI. The names they used were, Joy Lobo, Michael, Peter, Alan Smith, Roger ... Another phone number they used is 321-360-7534. Another number is 877-490-6709 x 509 to reach Alan Smith. So all three numbers associated with this scam are 321-360-7534, 877-490-6709 x 509, and 510-229-3594. The names they used for this scam are Joy Lobo, Michael, Peter, Alan Smith, Roger. I was able to confirm they are using an Internet phone system so they could be physically anywhere in the world. However, they wanted the western union money sent to Orlando Florida to Joy Lobo.
