Received several calls from 'Brian Donovan' he claimed he was with a Process Service Verification dept. and the call was in reference to my Sister-in-laws legal matter and that he had a summons to serve her. He stated that she could settle out of court and even left a file #. He also claimed she could make settlements out of court. I asked him not to call my # again.

I received the same call. I have no idea where this is coming from. I actually spoke to one of the reps when I called back they had none of my information address, etc. except my phone number. The guy said legal action. I asked for their location and they could not provide it. I asked what CMAG stood for he could not provide it. I asked if he wanted my lawyers number he disconnected.

This is another in a series of calls from this number place by different individuals. I have been geetign calls for over a month. The initial call tht I actally answered claimed my son had an oustnding PayDay loan that was going to court. I checked the number on Google and discovered it was one of a string of numbers from scammers. he 2 most recents calls have gone to VM and the caller says his name is Brian Donovan andhe is with CMAG and that if I don't call him by noon the next day he won't be able to help me.
