said I owed a payday loan that I didnt pay and I asked them to prove it- I was told I was going to be sued and was being served papers for court---
I got a call at work today and it was from a Jacob Barnes like all the other calls. He stated he has a court summons for me and that I was being sued or served. He gave me the number to the 877-509-0396 and gave me a claim number. I never had a PDL loan. This has been going on since maybe 2003 or 2004. They call every few years and then keep calling. My family members have gotten calls come to find out when someone is used as a reference they get you too. They will go to the extreme by telling you and getting rude by saying they are going to come to your job and that you are going to jail ect.. Something should be done about this!!!
