A person called me from this number claiming to be from Anthem Ins...caller sounded like a sex phone operator...called herself "Nikki" ....I am highly suspicious nevertheless I am going to advise to check with Anthem Insurance before returning the phone call as directed by my darling "Nikki"

Got a call from an "unknown" number claiming to be Anthem, and said that I wasn't currently signed up for the Health Advocate Program on my policy, and wanted to verify that I would like to activate it at no additional cost. It seemed strange to me but I said sure if there's no extra cost. He knew my son's name and asked me to verify my address, which I did. He gave me a call-back number (877-529-1695) and a case number in case I decide to opt out. I didn't give SSNs or any financial info, but it still seems weird, so I called Anthem's direct customer service line and was told they do not make outgoing calls to customers like this and to disregard the call. smh...

Did not note the incoming number but this is a number I was directed to call when I declined to speak to someone claiming they were from Anthem insurance. Verified with Anthem that they do not make calls of this nature.
