Caller ID is incorrect. Is AFNI collections and is not scam

They didn't give a name. Said they were a debt collector looking for someone I haven't seen or talked to for a year and a half.
Constantly calls, refuses to verify who they are. Told them again today not to call again not pass my number along to any other telemarketers or associates.
