If they have to hide behind 877 number, they're Douche Bag Scammers selling foreign generic drugs that they won't tell you the ingredients, though calling it Viagra but really contains a herbal concoction that temporarily causes flushing and God only knows what.

To con people into answering phone, so they can sell diluted and watered down drugs cheaply that the Scammers claim deliver the same medicinal benefit. Unknown callers named Bob and "Medical Chief" to con their way into your pocket. Relentless calling. Do not answer a call from (877) 549-8698.
Caller: Scammers Using Fake Toll-Free #
When call back same number, electronic voice answers: "welcome to the Sky-Tel System. Please enter the pin number you wish." Decided not to go down that rabbit hole. They called me 4 times in 20 minutes. No one responded on other end of line.
