caller stated his name as Pat Martin... i had previously told these guys not to call my job, so they somehow got my contact list from my cell phone and was calling family members in other states that i have never used as references. they called my job and was beligerant to the receptionist, they called a reference and saidtold her she was an idiot, she recored her call as proof. They threaten to serve me at work, and i told them it was not okay. they said i had till 5p.m. on wed jan 18th 2012, to call back to avoid being served at work. i have at least 15 calls where i continued to call them. they stopped answering my calls, because i had questions, they got mad when i questioned how they got family memebers numbers. i told them that i know that was illegal and some of the people they were calling were going to press charges onthe company. they hung up and wouldnot answer my call for the rest of that day. today the calls stared again, so here i am, i aasked for thier address, they would never give it to me, they said that i should call the original creditor to find out if they are legitimate. SO, I called the number you guys provided and asked for Sean Smith, they told me that did not have anyone by that name. l stated that i only wanted to make sure that everything was on the up and up, before i start tryn to come to an agreement with them. the receptionist hung up.

Several calls have come from a company by the name of the BA Group. The one person I spoke with said that he was calling to serve me with legal documents and asked if I still worked at my current employeer. I said yes, and he said would you like for us to leave the papers on the door, I said no I'm here now you can give to me, and he hung up! the number he left was 855-247-1941

I gave these "Turkeys" my lawyers number and let my lawyer figure who wants what. I think these people are scam artist and they are looking for a fast buck. If they broke the collection company credit law because of harrassment , they can be sued. If you keep getting these unwanted calls consult a consumer attorney.

I want these annoying calls stopped immediately.
