Got a call from a Peter briggs...he was polite but a bit pushy for my card info he had my last four of my social which made me feel he was legit I didn't give info he wanted and now I'm glad I didnt

She is calling me about settling a past due account?

I received a call from this number, a lady answered and when I asked who they were she became beligerent and kept me asking who I am. I hung up and she called me again, I received 12 phone calls one after another during class time as I am a teacher.

I spoke with Christa Platts. She denied being a debt collector but the document she emailed stated otherwise. She collects payday loan debts for My Next Day Cash, Total Account Recovery and United Debt Holdings.
Ms. Platts refused to give me her company's business license information. She also stated that she got my relatives' phone numbers from the same system that the Federal Government uses.
She broke multiple debt collection laws when fishing for information from my relatives. A Mr. SCOTTSDALE also works there.

This Ms. Platts has called at least 6 different relatives in multiple states claiming the following:
1) there is a problem with my drivers license
2) wanting my phone number
3) claiming they work for my bank
4) telling my 75 year old mom that tating I took an online loan from them

They have also left messages with multiple acquaintances with similar info.
