It is First Niagara Collections. If they call you and you answer, they will have your information up in front of them and won't ask for you to verify yourself. If you call back, they will ask for information just so they can pull your account up.
This number is First Niagara Bank's Collections Department. They are contacting the number listed of a current or previous client that owes them money.

Call from 877-580-3933, identified as First Niagara, as did phone wanted to know DOB and SSN. I said no, Caller said wanted verify that it was in fact I. Wanted to notify First Niagara, they didn't care.
