I called TCF and verified this is their service.
We received a call from this number a few minutes ago.
We tried to call the number on the back of the card and all we can get is an automated message. Does anyone know the phone number of the CEO of VISA that we can call to complain as to why he collects the big bucks and has refused to stop this when it has been going on for an extended period of time?

This is your zbanks credit card fraudulent use of card possibility call. I called bacluk and discovered that's who they were. I called my bank and they verified it.
They claim that there has been recent activity on my bank acct. and trying to find out personal info about my acct such as birthday, last four digits of my card , address.
