It used to be Sears Home Services, and the caller ID still says that, but the name is changed to Transform Home Improvements.

It's not spam. It's Sears Home Improvement with questions and a new offer specific to a project I called them about and -- in my case -- on which I signed a contract but then cancelled within the time allowed by law. Not spam.. A call I wanted to get.

The call I received was from Sears - we had requested info on heating/ac to be replaced in our home. This was not spam for us.
