This number calls me twice a day for over a month. Today I wondered if perhaps it was legit, so I called the number and the automated system claimed it to be Citi, and asked me to enter my credit card number. WTF. Yea right, I am really going to enter my credit card number. I had to laugh out loud. I got out my Citi credit card, called the number on the back, and discovered it is a phishing scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC NUMBER. Contact the FCC and file a complaint.

Wakes me up every morning, including Sundays at 8:27am. Extremely annoying. If it is indeed a legitimate Citi number, I will cancel any business I have with them.

It is a legit Citibank number. You may have a credit card you have applied for and received that is ran by Citibank. They have contacted me as well and its regarding my goodyear credit card that they manage. They run many different companies.

Claims to be from citie bank. Problem with citie bank credit card
Call back # not complete. Becomes very static for last number. Do not have any citie bank cards.

This is a legitimate collection agency. I just called Citibank fraud dept to complain, and the rep called the number for me then told me it's legit. I told the rep that the agency is doing s terrible job and is scaring and annoying customers. Citibank finances HomeDepot, exxonMobil and many other cards.

Do not have a Citi Credit / Debit Card. Received 40+ calls in 20 days, starting at 7AM week days, Sat & Sun. Guess they didn't work Xmas, but do New Years Day.

It all started when I received a Debit Card from BOA and 15 days later this number started to harass.

this call was legit for me. I had missed a payment two weeks prior on my Goodyear card which citi is a part of/dispenses. I called back the number they left 866-609-8298 and let them know I'd take care of it through my bank. No more calls came after I posted payment

I did not answer this call. This is the same number that has been calling for at least 3 weeks. They say they are from "city" but will give no further details. I told them to put me on their "do no call" list but they persist in calling. Re: #5 below: multiple calls at all hours over the last 3 weeks at least.

I don't have a account with them and they call my phone 6 Times a day I called them back 4 Times asking them to remove my number from their list and they say they will but I keep getting calls
