They call and ask for someone who doesn't even live their. Then when you tell them that, they start their sales pitch to lower your credit card rates. I don't have any credit cards, so I asked which ones they would lower. Then they hang up. This goes on about 3 times a week...on my house pone, my office phone and now my cellphone. Very annoying.

Cell phone users block this scum from calling you ever again. Just download the app *Mr. Number* and you will block their azz for good, you can do it by number or even area code. And ths sit back and laugh at them.

Have been calling our house phone 3-10 times daily for 3 weeks asking for our daughter. I asked for a return number, she called (as did I) it a recording Citicard recording asking for acct number. PROBLEM....SHE HAS NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH CITI, SHE ONLY HAS A ONE CREDIT CARD THAT IS PAID I FULL. I pay her bills while she is in school AND NOTHING IS EVER LATE.
They never call when she is home from school, and wont call her cell phone number, they say they need her permission to call her cell. This is a catch 22 situation that starts at 8 am and ends at 9 pm. FINALLY, we turned our house alarm modem on that screeches on the phone after 2 ring. So, basically we r paying for a landline we can't use because of Citicard HARRASMENT.

I had a Citibank card years ago but I paid it off and closed it years ago, I don't know why they are calling but it is multiple times a day which is harassment and they can very well have a suit filed against them.

The prerecorded message states,"Hold for an important message from Citicard." I am placed on hold and it generally hangs up on me. I even tried calling the number but they hung up on me.

everyday, same time calls my OFFICE phone for about 2 months now. Reported it to FCC but they can't do nothing about it. Sooooooo Very annoying!!!!!!!!!!

I have had numerous calls at odd times, I finally answered on9/29/2012 and was asked for a person who does not live here or never has, I asked that my number be removed, they said it would be. On Sept.30, I received two more calls asking for the same person as before and I told them again to remove my number from their list. . This is a terrible nusiance as I have a broken foot and have to get to the phone!!

Always calls at lunch time between 12:10 and 12:20 pm et, everyday now for about 2 weeks straight on my office phone. At this time I know not to answer the phone and let voice mail get it. Voice mail states same thing every time "We're sorry we missed your call. Call us back at"

The first time I received this call I just hung up and haven't listened to the full message yet, too annoying.

Enough is enough, I'm much too busy at work to play these stupid phone games. Please make it stop!

An individual actually speaks and asks for someone that does not live there . They are calling my 79 year old mother's house . I will call them , advise them they have the wrong number , It is a violation of federal law to call a wrong number after being notified if such . I do agree though , This IS harassment .

This number robocalls everyday and leaves a voicemail every time. It's Citi Card/Shell Card wanting to collect a late payment, but my payments are always on time.
