ive been getting phone calls from this person about information that needs to be cleared up the phone number i tried to call it was all automated. they keep calling but i do not pick up anymore when it picks up on my answer machine. it says the same thing. dont these people have anything to do but to scam people. i really get ticked off. his name is josh walters.

Josh is just an automated message from Imperial Recovery Partners, he doesn't exist, thats just a mass message they use to call people with automated dialer campaigns...

Its not a scam, it is an actual 3rd party debt collection place, though...they're a little shady in how they do it

Imperial Recovery Partners trying to warn u of bad debt, that is going to be forwarded to attorneys and then they will garnish your wages, I called the number back and the SUP yelled at me and would not even give me information about the accounts, If you look at the BBB for kansas they have a F rating. They say they are not debt collectors but yet I received a letter saying they were a professional Debt Collection Agency, When I asked where was the guy who called earlier the rep said they leads dont get on the phones much, They sounded very fishy and I dont trust them. I want to pay off the debt but I am afraid to use this company. they Are not willing to work with you at all, It is very upsetting the way they talked to me. They use fake names and fake extentions. and have multiple phone numbers they call from. If anyone has any info on this company please let me know if its legit.

This person keeps calling and leaving messages. When I answer they hang up. I am tired of this. They wish to verify info on someone. Probably a bill collector. So why didn't they ask me before they issued credit to this person if I knew them? I have filed a complaint and everytime they call from now on, another complaint will be filed! Gave some name to call, maybe Elijah or some such nonsense!

has proprietary information about an important matter with me or someone in my household whom he has never had correspondence with. The name provided was Elijah also. I think we should all get together and file a class action suit against this company for harrassment and any other charges we can file.

Elijah is a BUSY man! He's called my cell phone twice and my neighbors land line once, SSDD, he has info that can't be left in voice mail, if I call back the operator will ring me directly to him. That's what the delete button is for - maybe I should report him to the "do not call" people?

Whatever they are they are for sure rude. This is what I found:
This is a company based in Overland Park, KS, they appear to specialize in the sale and/or installation of medical alarm systems. Not doing a very good job of it since they hang up on you and when you call back they are rude. I suggest calling the Attorney General for that State and reporting them.

The second call received from this number after a week's time from the first call, now states that I should ask for Elijah when I call back and that the operator will be able to ring him directly. It is a recorded message played stating that pertinent information can not be released on my voice mail but does pertain to a member of my household. He would like to walk me through the steps to clarify business information. The recordings are all the same with the same information but now I've received word to talk to someone new. No last name was given.

I've been getting recordings from a Joshua Walters who wants to get information from "me or someone in my household who he has never received correspondence with". And of course cannot discuss the information on the voicemail. He also said that "he holds proprietary information on my voice mail"??? What is this? I'm suspicious as well,

First person I asked for the information from hung up on me and the second one it took no lees then 7 requests and 2 threats of complaints to the state of CT and the feds beore the above address was given to me.

I have been getting similar calls from this number. It seems to be automated because once I actually picked up and just getting recordings from a Joshua Walters who wants to get information from "me or someone in my household who he has never received correspondence with". And of course cannot discuss the information on the voicemail. I am suspicious as well. According to http://mrnumber.com/1-877-588-0804 if you were to call and ask what type of business it is they won't answer. It sounds like a phishing scam and we would do best not to answer.

a Joshua Walters left a message with my name on it saying that I should contact him asap about a "serious matter". To me it sounds like debt collector or a scam call.
