I've been receiving a call from these people for a few months now, but it's always been when I've been at work. Today I have the day off so I was able to answer the phone when they called. Unfortunately it is just a recording. Luckily, Google remembered the number for me and I called them back immediately in order to get them to stop calling.

They are definitely a collection agency by the name of "Regent Asset Management" and were looking for a Dara Doss (at least in my case) which makes sense as I've dealt with at least two other collection agencies thanks to this person.

I asked for my number to be removed and they complied as I called back two more times to assure that they did, in fact, remove my number.

Rude and gives lots of threats. Asks for personal info. Avoid these people.
