Called me too. Left voice mail. Said her name was Jessica. Said was a complaint against me pending legal filing, gave a "file number" and if call wasnt returned by end of day complaint filing would proceed. Claimed that voicemail was "proof" that the call had been received. Wasn't even my name! Clearly a scam of some sort.

Got 4 missed calls from an unknown number. I don’t answer those. Then they call my daughter saying they needed to know when I’d be home to serve papers!!

They just called me this morning claiming there was a civil suit against me. Number came up NO CALLER ID , I hung up on them but they continued to call back 3 times, then called my son and 2 daughters!

just called me as well- used my previous name in the call. Which was a red flag for me since I haven't used that last name in over 15 years

Actually meant for someone else with my last name, vmail message claimed there was a complaint pending legal filing and to call to avoid further action. Even had a file number. Very obvious phishing scam.
