Received a call from "Ben Richards" with a thick Indian accent. He said I was a reference person for a friend that they had called the day before. Continued to tell me that I need to call him back in regards to my friend that they say are being brought up on criminal charges and blah blah blah. They sent a text message to her phone that came up "0000".

A man claiming to be "Derek Jones" is harrassing an employee at work. He has a thick Indian ? accent and was very rude when we told him that employees are not to receive personal calls at work. He said, "get her on the phone...I'll keep calling all day until I talk to her." He continued to call and even had all 3 of our business lines tied up at the same time!

A man named Brian called and said he was from Legal Mass (he has a thick idian accent. He called a woman I work with last year and this year saying something about unsecured loans. He is now calling me at work. How do I get him to stop?

I got a phone call saying I owed $4000 then $900. Called my place of work and left a message saying the office was being recorded and everyone was "going to jail" if no one responded. I ended up sending a money gram of $500. When I tried to call again it's just a recording. Said I had pending charges against me but when I called my local police dept the said it's a scam.
