Same experience as others, and so similar to the legit auto messages received by credit card company when they suspect abuse wanting to verify purchases. I was so convinced that something was compromised after I let the tech support person take remote control of my computer for about 15 minutes to do a "scan" and find some 350 hack attempts from 30 different locations. I was just about to go to Walgreens and buy game cards which had numbers the agent claimed were the only way the hackers could be stopped. It wasn't adding up, but by that time I was online with him for 15 minutes and I my network was being hacked. Someone has to do something to stop this scammer because I'm pretty tech savvy and educated but was totally duped so others with less understanding.
