2 eme appel en 1 semaine au Québec on décroche pi sa parle pas et sa raccroche apres quelques minutes!

Second time in one week they call in Quebec at my house and no people talk and after some time they hang down

Tries to obtain some personal info apparently to sell you life insurance or something. Pretends to call on behalf of whatever business or commerce you deal with. Don't be fooled however, it is a scam or social engineering thru dialing out campaigns. Myself, it was DSF or Desjardins
