Franchise telemarketer

Yesterday I contacted OptumRX, an on-line pharmacy company, to inquire about a prescription. While on the website, I requested a phone call to discuss the matter. I received a call a couple minutes later, that was identified as "800 Service". Not knowing whether this was OptumRX returning my request of just another spam phone call, I waited for the message before picking up. The (partial) automated message did not identify as a business of any sort, only offering a choice between 1-speaking with a 'representative" or 2-being added to their "do not call" list. Not knowing who was calling, I did not answer. The same number called again, again completely unidentified other than as an "800 Service", and with the same (partial) automated message from an unknown party.
