I did not receive a call . Just an amount of $77.17 on 10.1.11 apprearing on my creditcard. I am currently disputing this transaction. Reference was ELGTECH 8776764592 on my card statement.

I was just charged the same $35.81 + foreign transaction fee to my visa. I tried to call but was put on hold forever. Am disputing the charge with Visa. I did not authorize this!

I had $35.81 charged to my MasterCard I did not authorize. I received nothing in the mail for this cost. I have contacted MasterCard and had to submit a fraud report. Charge shows ELGTECH 8776764592 8776764592 GBR. What a pain! I received no call. I ordered a month free of a weight loss product for $2.95. I promptly cancelled any further shipments.

I was charged $82.11 on my visa for nothing at all. No phone #'s are available to talk to anyone. This is an illegal charge, I will have to phone vias and complain

Same here...$35.81 was charged on my debit card 1/10/11. Bank had to cancel card and now to reverse charges, I have to fill out a unauthorized charge form to send into VISA.

Noticed a charge for $35.81 and a foreign currency charge of $1 on my bank statement. I did not authorize this charge. When I tried to call the number listed, I was told the call couldn't be completed .. to try again later. What a scam.

I found the charge from ELGTECH on my bank statement and knew I hadn't authorized anything. When I do order things online, if I don't like the item, I cancel promptly so there is nothing outstanding to charge. Anyway, the bank cancelled my card and will issue a charge back. It's bad when they get your bank information without you knowing it.

Same for me the company chanded names drom Diet Max to Elgtech, dosen't matter it is still a scam! which they got me for 35.81

The same thing happened to me. $35.81 charged that I did not recognize. Credit card issued credit back, cancelled card and got new account number.

I'm thankful I keep an eye on my statements...wonder how many don't notice the small charge and how much this scam costs our people every day. Sad.

I checked my account today and saw there was a charge on there from Elgtech for $35.81 and I have no idea who or what this company is. The phone number listed was 877 676 4592 I haven't tried calling yet because its too late. I never received a call from these people/company and will now have to dispute the charges with my bank. What a pain in the butt!!

They put charge on my card. One small then two larger. Bank called me said elgtec. It's a scam. They have phone number auto answer but no one comes on phone ever!!! Need to cancel card

Transaction was accompanied by the name ELGTECH.

I didn't receive a call. My bank account had an unknown charge for $74.26. I called my bank and was told it was a debit card transaction using MY CARD NUMBER! Somehow they obtained the card info. Bank is issuing me a new card, returning the funds and it's being reported to the fraud department. You don't even have to have your card stolen for it to be used fraudulently! This sucks!!!

i was not called too and when i checked my checking account, i was charged $35.81 without any authorization. it says ELGTECH and i don't even know them and how do they know my account. now i have to close my account and open a new one...

I was not called but this was charge to my account without authorization. I was charged on 1/4/11 for 2.95 from ELGTECH thern again o 1/6/11 for 35.81 they tried o deduct 87.13 but wouldn't go thru for that becuase i didn't have enough on my cs card to deduct so they took what they could take! i have no clue what this company is and I am reporing it as fraud, I have cancelled my card and am gettig a new one. I would suggest that whoever is taken by this company should do the same because if the did it once they will do it again. I called the number and option 1 is frequenlty asked qustions..there is none and option 2 is customer service well quess what no one answers at customer service!
