Same exact thing happened to me, I was on hold for 30 mins with their customer service that probably doesn't exist, my card is being cancelled and charge is being reversed.
I had $36.10 taken out of my account without phone calls. This number and the name GB Elgtech appeared on the statement. I have not used my card in 2 weeks. How is this possible? When I call it gives no company name just replies customer service.
I had the same thing happen to me yesterday to. I have been on hold with that number all morning. I have no idea who it is. I canceled my card. I will let you know if I find out anything.
