NCO Financial Services. My cell has been called many many times by this company. At some point in past, a previous owner of the same number was in default on some loan. I have told them repeatedly that the person they want is not at this number. Doesn't matter. They keep calling for her. I have had to block several different numbers they use in an attempt to reach my cell. BTW, I have had this number for more than three years!

funny they call for a bastard that don;t pay is bill and we told them many time it's not us and we just got this damm phone number and they keep calling and now a lawyer is looking into it because they do call for Bell Customer the snake

i answered the first call and they had me on hold then 3 seconds later they said their was no avaliable representative and hung up on me then today had a very bad hard to understand message to call them back or go on there web page but couldn't understand were to go so......

i think this is a collector of old debts for virgin phone debts
A fabricated bill from virgin and no way to get any answers from people who cannot speak the english language

some lady left a message on my answering machine saying that it's not a telemarketing call but regarding a personal business matter and gave me a number to call back. a reference number is heard through some noise and is hard to understand. I am definitely not calling back.
