"This is definitely ATT but had nothing to do with past due bills. In fact, it is the UVerse Promotion Department trying to upsell you more of their services if you have Uverse. They also try to get you to remain a Uverse customer if you joined on a promotion that has expired. Basically, it is a telemarketing call. I just hung up on them and blocked their calls from here on foreward. Several free programs exist for cell phones that do this automatically so I dont even bother with them anymore. The program answers and hangs up immediately and my phone does not even ring. I use the free program CALL CONTROL

I got a call from a girl who sounded like she was HIGH, slurred words, drawn out and very illiterate in my observation. Asking for the name of the owner of a company "this company "she said. i said which company" I added " YOU sound sick and crazy. You have the wrong number!
