Just received a call from the number at my work. When I called back they said they were FIC a servicer of credit cards. I said which one, they said many. They asked for some info to locate my account, and I said NO, you called me use this number to look me up. He said they could not find my account and wanted some other info to help locate my account. I told them they must be a fraud if they called me but could not find any info in their computer on me and hung up. I wish an attorney general office would look into this. Maybe they are legitimate but they wanted me to breach every known security protocal by giving info to a "cold" call. If they call you and can't then find any info on you, don't give them info. Guess i will never know for sure. But safe then sorry.

Caller stated they did not have correct po box # and wanted information about account. I placed no call for soliciatation & they claim they are calling from Wachovia (which is no more, it is now Wells Fargo so I knew this was a boogis call. ) thank you

Two calls this week--first from "Patricia Gonzalez", second name ?--2nd woman refers to "Patricia Gonzalez"--says it's with reference to an account I have with them. I have NEVER had a BOFA account of any sort! My number has been on the DO NOT CALL Registry for years. So I'm reporting them to 1-877-566-7226 (which is the NC Attorney General's office, I think).
