Some recorded message that announced it was not soliciting, then proceeded to talk about credit card interest rates, for which I have never paid any interest in cards in.over 10 years.
Recorded message says to press 3 to be removed but pressing 3 reloops the message. Pressing 1 gets a human that I just leave hanging for a while in silence.
