They left me a message on my voicemail saying they are a law firm and were going to help me with my civil suit against me, to call them right away. If I didn't call right away I could have a warrant out for my arrest. I called back and they asked my last four of SSN and my birthdate to confirm I wasn't the person they were looking for. I was stupid enough to believe them.

I received this call, same thing, Regarding a Civil Suit that you need to address immediately. However, it referenced my Mom's name and not mine. Therefore it has nothing to do with me. as I have never signed on behalf of my mother. Lots of talking in the background, but they say they are with a Law Firm. funny, dont remember hearing that much noise when talking to a lawyer. Must be telemarketing collection....delete.

Saying that I have a civil suit against and gave me Joshua Lynch as a contact person. asking for myself by my maiden name which is over 7 years ago.

Did not answer; multiple calls in the last several days.
