For my part, yes it's a robot call but really coming from my bank when I access my account online to verify that it's really me who is accessing my account at the moment. So when you receive those phone calls when you're not accessing your bank account online at that moment, you should really do what they say and call the number on the back of your bank card, because it possibly means that someone else is trying to access your bank account online.
left on my answering machine stating that I should not share my code. No bank name given (message was started before recording, so first part cut off. Also mentioned to call number on back of card - never heard it stated that way before.
